1. OVERVIEW

TrueFx Markets prioritizes the integrity and privacy of our Customer’s personal information, at present and in the future. The Company takes every necessary step to ensure the confidentiality and safety of data received from the Customer. This document on Privacy & Internal Policy Controls (the “Policy”) describes how the Company collects, uses, and safeguards the Customer’s personal information.

2. PRIVACY POLICY & POLICY ON INTERNAL POLICY CONTROLS

The Company regularly collects personal and non‐public information (“Non-Public Information”) from Customers, which is confidential and sensitive. The Company is committed to safeguarding this information, ensuring its confidentiality, and preventing unauthorised access, use, or disclosure of this information. If the Customer does not want the Company to use this Non-Public Information the Customer should intimate the Company through a mail or written letter sent by registered post at the Company’s registered office. If the Customer wishes to opt-out, the Company may not be able to maintain consistency in providing information, products, and services as requested by the Customer. In that case, the Company will have no liability to the Customer about the same. 

The Company will not use or disclose Non‐Public Information of the Customer for any purpose unless it is for the performance of business activities or if the law requires the same. 

This Policy details how TrueFx Markets safeguards and handles Non‐Public Information collected from the customers applying for or receiving the Company’s products and services. The provisions of this policy are applicable to the existing, former, and prospective customers of TrueFx Markets. 

3. RETENTION OF RECORDS

TrueFx Markets will keep records of personal data as long as it is a requirement, including for updating the product or services or if and as required by the law. When the Company will no longer need the Customer’s personal data, it will be destroyed by shredding or by using other approved methods of eliminating the data, to prevent any unauthorised party from accessing the information during or after the process of eliminating the data. 

The Company will safeguard information in their custody. 

The Company has developed and will continue to maintain security protocols to protect the Customer’s personal data against theft, loss, copyright and unauthorised disclosure, modification, or use. Accessibility to personal data is limited to the Company’s employees and authorised service providers only who require it for work purposes. 

4. COOKIES

What are cookies? Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent by a web server to store them so they can be read back from the browser later. The Company may use Cookies on some pages to provide the Site users with a customized and engaging browsing experience.

5. PROTECTION OF NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION 

The Company prioritizes security and takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the Customer’s confidential information. The Company adheres to strict standards for using confidential data internally, utilizing cutting-edge data storage technology. 

When paying with a credit/debit card, the Customer will get transferred to the processing centre’s site where the Customer will have to fill out a form. To stop any unauthorised use of the Customer’s credit/debit card, the card information gets transmitted to the Company in a shortened form through a secure server. Under exceptional circumstances, the Company may offer a refund against payments made by credit/debit card. In that case, the Company will refund the amount to the card that was used for depositing the amount. 

Occasionally, the Company may share Non‐Public Information with affiliates or third‐party service providers and joint marketers not affiliated with TrueFx Markets. This information may get shared to fulfil a variety of purposes, like for supporting the financial products and services provided to customers, servicing customer accounts, cooperating with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies, complying with court orders or other official requests, or, as necessary, for protecting the Company’s property or rights. 

By accepting the Customer Agreement, the Customer gives consent to the Company for collecting, using, maintaining, and disclosing any Non-Public Information with adherence to the terms of the aforementioned policy.

6. YOUR CONSENT

By accessing the Company’s Site, you the Customer are providing consent to TrueFx Markets for collecting, using, maintaining, using and disclosing any Personal Data as per the terms mentioned in this privacy policy.
